COMMUNITY TRUST DEVELOPMENT OFFICER FULL TIME

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the Management and Future Expansion of the following activities currently delivered by the Luton Town F.C. Community Trust. 

- SCHOOLS CURRICULUM PROGRAMME. 
- AFTER SCHOOL AND LUNCH CLUBS WITHIN THE SCHOOL.
- EVENING AND WEEKEND SOCCER SCHOOLS.
- HOLIDAY COURSES.

In addition the successful candidate will be expected to work alongside the Football Development Manager assisting him in the day-to-day coaching and administration within our Soccer Centres: which are the entry level to our T.I.P.S. Player Development Programme. 

The candidate who is successful should hold a football Association Level 3 (UEFA B) Coaching Award or at the very minimum will be working towards their Final Assessment for this qualification. The successful applicant will also be in the possession of a Enhanced CRB Disclosure plus current FA Emergency Aid and Child Protection Qualification. 

The candidate should ideally have experience of working within the Community Department of a Professional Football Club, must be highly motivated, be able to work within a team and have the ability to develop and deliver a long term strategic plan.

The Football Development officer will report directly to the Football and Community Development Manager and will be expected to provide quality reports which will be submitted to the Schemes Management Forum.

The post will be based at Luton's Kenilworth Road stadium. Due to the nature of such work we would expect that any candidate applying for the post would live within the proximity of Bedfordshire. It is a requirement that the applicant has a Full Current Driving Licence and has their own car that they are able to use in the course for Luton Town FC Community Trust.

The package will include 4 weeks of paid annual leave (to be taken in accordance with the Trust Directive), and private personal medical cover.
